Graduation Requirements

Required courses include:

4 credits of English, including English 3 and English 4 at Oakdale
3 credits of math, including Integrated Math A1 or higher at Oakdale
3 credits of science, including 1 credit of biology and ½ credit of earth/space science
3 credits of social science including 1 credit of U.S. history and ½ credit of civics
1 credit (2 years) of Bible
2 credits of the same foreign language (or equivalent proven by proficiency exam)
2 credits of business/vocational to include ½ credit of computer and ½ credit of economics
½ credit health
½ credit of physical education (or equivalent)
½ credit of art history
½ credit of drama

Examples of electives include: art, botany, chemistry, geography, music, physics, psychology, sociology, typing, world history, and yearbook.

An Honors Diploma is available for superior students who want to prepare more thoroughly for college.

22 hours are required for graduation.
