The above tuition, room & board charges include:
- All room and board charges
- All textbooks, field trips, and standard achievement tests.
- Senior Retreat and Graduation Related Expenses (when applicable)

The above tuition, room & board, and fees DO NOT include:
- Students staying on campus during breaks when the dorms are closed (Christmas, Spring Break, etc.) will be charged $40 USD per day.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FEE SCHEDULE

Non-refundable fees
International Application Fee: $150.00 USD - Due before a completed application will be evaluated for admittance
International Student Fee: $3,150.00 USD (Entire year) / $1575.00 USD (Spring semester only) / $800 USD (Summer school only) - Due before a student is allowed to enroll at Oakdale.

The above international student fee includes:
- Special ESL (English as a Second Language) evaluation and training
- Medical health insurance for most day-to-day medical situations (Dental and
vision coverage not included)
- All extracurricular student activities and a school yearbook
- Transportation from the airport in Lexington, Kentucky to Oakdale's campus.
- Transportation from Oakdale's campus to the airport in Lexington, Kentucky.

Because of international flights, if students plan to arrive on campus more than one day before classes begin, or plan on staying on campus more than one day after classes end, there will be an additional charge of $40 per day.

Payments
The student's bill must be paid in full for the each semester before each semester begins.

Withdrawals & Expulsion Student Financial Policy

Students who withdraw or are expelled anytime during the semester will be responsible for the full tuition, room & board for the entire semester.

This policy exists because the hiring of teachers and staff and the ordering of textbooks and other classroom materials are based upon anticipated enrollment. Parents will be expected to honor their commitment to the school. Requests for exceptions must be addressed to the Business Office, in writing, and will only be considered in extreme circumstances such as death of a parent, loss of employment or other extenuating circumstances.
