Scholarships One of Oakdale’s goals is to help students learn to take responsibility for their choices. Student Effort Scholarships, Honor Code Scholarships, and Dorm Scholarships allow students to take responsibility for a portion of the billing amount. Payment Options Full Payment Tuition, Room and Board due on or before registration. Semester Payment First semester amount must be paid on or before registration. Monthly Payments Balance is divided over ten monthly payments. All monthly payments are due by the 20th of each month. Final payment is due before May 20th of the current academic year. Withdrawals & Expulsion Student Financial Policy Students who withdraw or are expelled before the end of the first/third quarter will be responsible for 2.5 months of tuition, room & board (1/2 of a semester) as agreed upon in the billing agreement. Students who withdraw or are expelled anytime after the end of the first/third quarter will be responsible for the full tuition, room & board for the entire semester as agreed upon in the billing agreement. This policy exists because the hiring of teachers and staff and the ordering of textbooks and other classroom materials are based upon anticipated enrollment.
